General questions
How long does shipping take?
Every Funky Neon sign is custom made to your design. Typical production and delivery is 7 to 14 business days from order confirmation. We offer free worldwide shipping and will email you tracking details when your order is dispatched.
Can I design my own sign?
Yes. Use our online designer at designer.funkyneon.com.au to create your custom sign with your text, colours, and size. You can also send us your image or logo through our contact form and we will prepare a quote and mock-up.
What's included with my neon sign?
Your package includes your custom LED neon sign, a 12 volt power supply with dimmer control, a remote control, and an Australian plug. Acrylic mounting stands or backboard options are included depending on your design. Professional commercial installation is available on request.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We offer a full 12 month warranty on all of our products, including power supplies and dimmers. If something is not right, contact us at admin@funkyneon.com.au with your order number and we will assess your claim promptly.
How do I install my sign?
Our signs are plug and play. Simply plug into a standard Australian power outlet and use the included remote and dimmer to adjust brightness. Signs are lightweight and supplied with mounting hardware. For commercial or hard-wired installations, engage a licensed electrician.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping to Stripe-supported destination countries. Your order total at checkout is the final price in AUD, inclusive of GST.
