We stand behind the quality of every sign we make. Funky Neon offers a full 12 month warranty on all of our products, including power supplies and dimmers.

Custom products

Because every Funky Neon sign is made to your specifications, change-of-mind returns are generally not available once production has started. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.

Defects and warranty claims

If your sign arrives damaged, faulty, or not as agreed, contact us as soon as possible at admin@funkyneon.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess warranty claims promptly and arrange repair, replacement, or another fair remedy where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

What's covered

The 12 month warranty covers manufacturing defects in the LED neon sign, power supply, dimmer, remote control, and included mounting hardware under normal use. Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or incorrect installation is not covered.
