Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase of custom LED neon signs from Funky Neon (ABN details available on request), based in Perth, Western Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and custom products

Each sign is made to order from your approved design. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled except where required by law. You are responsible for ensuring design details, dimensions, colours, and delivery address are correct at checkout.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe Checkout. One promotion code may be applied per order; stacking is not permitted.

Delivery

We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders. Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and may be revised with notice if circumstances change. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

Warranty

We provide a 12 month warranty on all products including power supplies and dimmers against manufacturing defects. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded. See our Returns & Warranty page for full details.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Funky Neon's liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss including loss of profit, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
